Hey Ranis & Rajas! A lot of my friends ask me how I have such healthy nails because for 3-4 years of my adult life I had fakes on and now I am adamant user of Gels. For a while I didn't know why but the obvious answer is the fact that I drink this collagen shake every morning. Don't get me wrong collagen is one of the nastiest tasting drinks ever! But what's the saying? What doesn't taste good is probably good for you. Very true in the case of collagen.
