Meet every Sunday to relieve that stress, anxiety & "sunday scaries" feeling. We'll sing, dance, and get motivated to start the week off right!

Monthly we will explore different types of preventive healing modalities: homeopathy, natropathy, ayurveda... even the newer trends.
ACCESS TO BREATHWORK LIBRARY
You will have access to over 30+ breathwork tracks to help support you throughout your week & healing journey. You'll get breathwork basics, learn different patterns, and have pre recorded access to various themes
BREATHWORK SOCIETY BOOK CLUB
Recommended reads & other books to help you enable that life flow, abundance mindset, and spirituality practices. We'll meet with the community and discuss things we find interesting and what we want to integrate.
Rituals help support us to call in the new, set intentions, and release what is no longer serving us. Create a custom ritual that serves you and your needs with journaling,, meditation, breathing, crystals and more.
EMOTIONAL RELEASE PARTIES
As humans we walk around emotionally constipated. When we don't release our emotions, it can create physical ailments in the body. We will be using somatic integration: breath, movement & sound to healthily release.
