Hey Ranis & Rajas! So we all know that sulfate is bad for our hair right? You're probably rolling your eyes like, "I know, Karish.. but Garnier makes sulfate-free shampoo now." WAKE-UP CALL: This does not mean that it's a good shampoo to use for maintaining a healthy scalp!
Immediately after using Harmonic Shampoo, you will see that there is a noticeable difference in your scalp.. ESPECIALLY if you have an itchy scalp or dandruff. For people like me, who have thin hair and a mild fear of balding, you will notice that you hair will fall out less, feel clean & less dried out. The mint in this shampoo tingles your scalp and works as medication to revive your roots which (obvi.) helps hair growth.
Intelligent Nutrients products can run a little bit on the pricey side-- but this shampoo of theirs is completely worth it. Ever since I found it I have become a total addict and cannot stop using it!
OTHER CLAIMS: Harmonic can also be used as body & face wash.. which is good because why should your scalp be treated any differently than any other body part? (I use it as body & face wash for sure..) Also, it supposedly works for anti-aging ( I don't know about all that...we'll see that result in 30 years).
My friend just opened her own boutique (which is amazing btw..link below) when she showed me this shirt I immediately wanted it, no questions!
I'm obsessed because at first it doesn't really look like flannel it looks completely jean-ed out..
But then.. when you turn around it's completely flannel! It's the perfect combo of cuteness meets chic! Perfect for a nice crisp 72 degree fall day.
Side-note: In these set of pictures my friend was having a hard time taking her shadow out of the pictures.
All I wanted to do was "look back at it" *2chainz Voice* because I am obsessed with flannel, so 90s!

At first I was wearing my hair in a high pony tail, but my hair is not thick enough to make it look cute like Kim K. (I also don't wear weaves)... So it started to do weird things.
My friend who was taking pictures points out, "That was a cute picture but your hair is doing something weird..soo I decided to change it.
I went to the bathroom added some natural leave in conditioner for the slick look, took my skinny ponytail and wrapped it around the holder and made it into a "knotted bun."
I came out of the bathroom and asked, "what do you think?" And she was like, "Well it's lopsided but it looks much better."
Since I'm not super picky this is how I went out. =)

Hey Ranis & Rajas! When it comes to makeup and beauty, I am all about enhancing the features & embracing the natural beauty that all of us have. Over the years, I'd like to think that I have perfected my craft in making my make-up look natural. (Normally it takes me 10 mins of less to apply!) I get tons of compliments and questions around what make-up I use.. which is why I thought it would be best to blog on my regime.
2. Cheeks: When I first tested out the CK make-up line, I asked the make-up lady to give me the "J LO Glow" (JLO always looks so naturally beautiful who wouldn't want to imitate her make-up tactics??) What the lady gave me back in return was amazing! She gave me this shimmer (4th on the list) which you put over the bronzer. The amazing thing about CK One Cheek bronzer is that it is not the same color as my skin!!!! (Normally bronzer is). The CK brand gives my skin a perfect glow.
3. Eyes: The purple eyeshadow palette is the secret to bringing out brown eyes. The Loreal version has all shades of purple so you can make it look casual OR you can use the light and dark purples to make an amazing smoky eye for a night out. This is a MUST HAVE. Stiletto Mascara has been so good to me and my eyelashes. You don't need to use a lot to see the difference in length and thickness. And last but not least, my Covergirl Eyeliner which I have been using since I first started applying make up. It is the family favorite between my sister, my mother and me. Some black liners don't even show up on my skin BUT this Covergirl brand never let's us down and ALWAYS works.
Hey Ranis & Rajas! When I went out for this particular brunch, it was kind of cloudy outside, hence my choice of clothing. I thought, "casual is good but fringe is better!" I totally don't agree with the fringe fad dying, because I still love my fringe things. I still have some fringe shirts & boots which I freakin' LOVE. I'm not particularly a fan of wedges but these wedges are casual yet edgy (and even though they pinch my toes, I still love them & wear them when I can).
